Test Coordination Lead [K/M]

• Higher education, preferably in computer science, technical, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating software tests
• Knowledge of test management tools
• Very good knowledge of the MF QC tool in test coordination
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of the MF QC tool
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
• Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively in a team
• Proactive attitude and commitment to organizational development

• Manage all stages of software testing, including creating test plans, procedures, executing tests, and analyzing results
• Set goals and tasks for various testing phases
• Ensure appropriate standards in conducted tests
• Develop and implement new concepts related to testing methodology, standards, and tools
• Build and coordinate the test team
• Develop and execute test strategies and plans
• Develop and supervise the use of test automation techniques
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and testers
