co.brick talents is a company powered by AI and people. The role is for a Senior Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of banking credit consortiums. The position is fully remote and includes involvement in a consulting phase for a purchasing procedure and potentially a longer implementation phase.

• Practical experience in operational handling of credit consortiums: disbursements, tranches, rollovers, repayments, refinancing, share transfers, and participant settlements.
• Knowledge of multi-currency financing structures, multiple borrowers, and common revolving limits.
• Proficiency in calculating interests and commissions using indicators such as WIBOR, EURIBOR, and RFR rates (SOFR, SONIA, SARON, POLSTR).
• Good understanding of compound interest, lookback mechanisms, interpolation of rates, calculation conventions, rounding, and calendars of multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of margin mechanisms dependent on financial indicators (e.g., Debt/EBITDA, Net Debt/EBITDA, Interest Coverage Ratio).
• Experience with handling readiness commissions, one-time and recurring commissions, capitalization, and historical corrections of interests, commissions, and schedules.
• Ability to independently interpret credit agreements and prepare reference calculations (e.g., in MS Excel).
• Understanding of business significance of integration with payment systems such as SWIFT (MT/MX), SORBNET, General Ledger (GL), workflow systems, and AML / sanctions screening.
• Knowledge of the four-eyes principle validation mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties and audit trail.
• Experience with projects involving data migration from banking systems and Excel sheets.

Consulting phase:

• Provide short-term support during the current purchasing procedure.
• Analyze documentation, present business perspectives, and assist in preparing and pricing offers.

Implementation phase:

• Potential transition to full-time involvement in project execution if the purchase is won.
