Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong technical background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Information Security.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and improve engineering teams, processes, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation, observability, and security best practices.
• Experience improving reliability, availability, and security at scale in production environments.
• Ability to align technical initiatives with company goals through effective stakeholder partnership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers and technical leaders.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Nice to have:

• Experience leading teams across Platform Engineering, Internal IT, and Information Security.
• Experience with compliance and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
• Experience supporting globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Previous experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, marketplace, or travel technology companies.

• Lead teams to ensure Distribusion's systems run securely, reliably, and at scale.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, internal IT, and information security platforms and processes.
• Grow and support a multidisciplinary team across Platform Engineering, IT, and Security.
• Define strategy, drive execution, and promote operational excellence.
• Manage vendors, negotiate conditions, and oversee infrastructure and project cost tracking.
• Build transparent roadmaps demonstrating the team's impact.
