RodzinaBezDlugow.com builds a platform that generates personalized debt exit plans, guides users through legal procedures, connects them with free legal and financial advisors, and manages cases at large scale to help 2.8 million indebted Polish people.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience
• Proficiency in backend development with Node.js and NestJS
• Proficiency in frontend development with React and Next.js
• Ability to work independently, taking full ownership and responsibility
• High quality standards and reliability

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience working with multi-user systems
• Experience building internal tools such as CRMs or CMSs
• Experience with social/non-profit projects
• Knowledge of GDPR and sensitive data security
• Passion for social impact
• Prior startup experience

• Create intuitive UX for users in financial crisis
• Design secure APIs to protect financial and personal data
• Integrate with legal systems such as KRS, KRD, BIG, and debt databases
• Automate the generation of personalized legal documents (applications, appeals, contracts)
• Manage infrastructure, including AWS and optionally Kubernetes, to ensure 24/7 availability
• Make product decisions as a co-creator of the life-saving platform
