• Higher education, preferably in IT or project management fields
• Experience in implementing IT projects
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of ERP-class systems
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal clients
• Problem-solving skills including data synthesis, analysis, and solution proposals
• Independence, responsibility, and thoroughness under time pressure
• Communication skills and proactive attitude

• Professional, effective, and strategy-aligned execution of IT projects and system changes
• Managing projects including scheduling, planning, implementation, and settlement
• Coordinating the work of the project team (developers, testers, analysts)
• Collaborating with external suppliers and internal clients
• Participating in analytical work
• Developing and optimizing project management methodologies and documentation
• Identifying potential risks and preparing mitigation plans
• Reporting project progress
