Administrator Aplikacji Biznesowych (ERP) (K/M)

• Minimum 3 years experience in technical maintenance of business applications, databases, or production IT environments.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle Database or other relational database administration including operational tasks, diagnostics, backup, and recovery.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes at a diagnostic and operational level.
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, configurations, YAML/JSON files, certificates, and integration problems.
• Knowledge of basic networking and technical security including DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, technical accounts, and permissions.
• Independence in problem diagnosis, responsibility in production changes, and ability to communicate with technical teams, business, and vendors.
• Ability to read technical documentation in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IFS Cloud, IFS Remote Deployment, or ERP system technical maintenance.
• Knowledge of IFS tools and experience with delivery, service updates, or upgrades.
• Experience with MicroK8s, Helm, monitoring tools, Git, Windows Server, or PowerShell.
• Creating runbooks, health checks, recovery plans, and knowledge of ITIL best practices.

• Technical maintenance, monitoring, and diagnostics of key business applications, especially IFS Cloud.
• Analyze incidents and problems across applications, databases, middleware, OS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure.
• Maintain correctness of the application platform: services, processes, logs, configurations, certificates, technical accounts, and integrations.
• Operate with Oracle database administration including diagnostics, sessions, locks, space management, backup, and recovery, coordinating with infrastructure teams.
• Use Kubernetes tools (kubectl, Helm) and application vendor tools for troubleshooting PODs, services, deployments, and logs.
• Participate in technical deployments, updates, patches, service updates, and rollback/fallback procedures.
• Prepare and execute pre-checks, post-checks, rollback plans, runbooks, and maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with functional administrators, infrastructure, security, Helpdesk, vendors, and application providers regarding changes and incidents.
• Determine incident ownership and escalation paths across application, database, technical platform, infrastructure, network, security, or vendor.
• Ensure stability, availability, technical security, and predictability of entrusted business systems.
