• Fluent in Java, SQL, and English
• At least 12 years' experience as a software developer in large scale enterprises with demonstrated progression to technical leadership
• Experience with Maven
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Integration
• Experience with Oracle database
• Experience with IBM MQ, Kafka
• Experience in testing frameworks: Junit, Testcontainers
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools: Git, Bamboo
• Ability to own problems and seek answers
• Sense of humour and ability to work in a multinational environment

• Designing, building and enhancing logic of integration components connecting Safekeeping system with other Nordea systems, as well as supporting components expanding capabilities of the Safekeeping system
• Taking ownership of the overall technical quality of solutions, establishing coding standards, and maintaining a strategic backlog of technical improvements and architectural enhancements
• Mentoring and guiding team members in technical best practices, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Leading technical architecture decisions in collaboration with solution and enterprise architects, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and representing technical competence in cross-functional meetings
• Being the technical voice in Scrum ceremonies, driving technical estimates, identifying risks, and proposing innovative solutions to complex integration challenges
• Ensuring system reliability by implementing monitoring, troubleshooting production issues, and establishing incident response procedures
