Specjalista ds. Obsługi Systemów Magazynowych (KEY USER) (K/M)

Grupa FIEGE Polska operates in logistics and warehouse management, supporting contract logistics and system implementations such as WMS in Warsaw, Poland.

• Several years of experience in logistics or production, including participation in WMS implementations or opening new warehouses.
• Experience working with WMS systems and good knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Experience supporting users, analyzing errors, and solving system problems.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Experience cooperating with operations, IT, and other business stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking, self-reliance, and initiative in seeking improvements.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (fluent communication).
• Willingness to participate in implementation projects, including business travel.

Nice to have:

• Experience as a WMS Key User or similar central role.
• Knowledge of SQL sufficient for independent analysis.
• Higher education in logistics, IT, or a related field.

• Support contract logistics facilities in the operation and development of WMS systems.
• Supervise synchronization and data consistency between WMS and other systems.
• Monitor system performance and data flow correctness.
• Analyze and resolve system issues; provide ongoing support to operational teams.
• Participate in launching new operations, clients, and locations through configuration, testing, and system implementation.
• Optimize warehouse processes utilizing WMS features.
• Prepare reports and analyses supporting operations.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and other central teams in system solutions development.
