ML/GenAI Engineer

• Experience in building ML or GenAI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of libraries and frameworks used in Machine Learning and working with LLMs.
• Experience integrating models via APIs and working with structured and textual data.
• Ability to design tests and evaluate the quality of AI solutions.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, and team collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience with RAG solutions, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Knowledge of MLOps, containerization, and cloud or on-premise environments.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and data protection principles.

• Design, develop, and improve ML models and GenAI-powered applications.
• Build RAG solutions, AI agents, API integrations, and data processing mechanisms.
• Prepare experiments and quality tests for AI solutions.
• Create technical documentation.
• Optimize models and solutions in terms of quality, performance, cost, and security.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Science, LLMOps, Architecture, and Security teams.
• Support production deployments and monitor model performance.
