Solution Architect - Kinaxis RapidResponse

Join a Tier-1 Business Transformation Leader to drive transformation strategies for international giants and help shape a newly established Supply Chain Transformation Practice within European structures.

• Proven hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse (or Kinaxis Maestro) solutions with multiple end-to-end deployments
• Extensive expertise in core supply chain planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP frameworks
• Practical understanding of integration architectures and data modeling between Kinaxis and enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP ERP/S4HANA, Oracle)
• Strong consulting and executive-level advisory skills with ability to engage with VP, COO, and Supply Chain Director stakeholders
• Experience supporting RFPs, defining digital roadmaps, leading client workshops, and translating business challenges into technical solutions
• Senior/E-grade profile level with typical overall experience of 15-20 years in Supply Chain Consulting or Operations
• Excellent written and spoken English skills for collaboration with global clients and teams

• Acting as a Trusted Advisor to C-Level Executives: partnering with client leadership to analyze operational challenges, optimize Supply Chain planning processes, and define digital transformation roadmaps
• Solution & Enterprise Architecture Design: designing end-to-end solution architectures in Kinaxis RapidResponse, defining data models, planning books, and integration frameworks with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Pre-Sales & Business Advisory Support: acting as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and bid management (RFPs), presenting solution capabilities, and demonstrating business value without direct sales quota
• End-to-End Implementation Oversight: steering transformation initiatives through discovery, execution, hypercare, and operational handoff
• Practice & Thought Leadership: developing enterprise architecture standards, creating innovative assets and offers, and shaping the European Supply Chain Practice growth
