Żabka Polska offers a position in IT support providing first line assistance and administrative tasks within a large organization based in Poznań.

• Basic IT skills or technical inclination
• ITIL certification
• Microsoft certifications
• Experience with Baramundi, Intune, and Active Directory environment
• Experience in a similar position
• Interest in IT technologies
• Knowledge of Mac OS systems

• Work on the first line of IT support for headquarters and field employees
• Receive, resolve, and monitor tickets in the Jira system
• Prepare new workstations (laptop, mobile phone)
• Handle Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Mac OS systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and system failures
• Prepare and verify IT documentation and procedures
• Perform basic IT administrative tasks such as configuring, blocking, and resetting user passwords in Active Directory
