  • Ensure every new or changed feature is generated from code from day one.

Our current internal knowledge base:

  • Review existing articles and decide their fate (move, rewrite, replace, archive).

  • Create working guides, examples, and training sessions, updating them as needed.
  • Build team skills in writing small facts, reviewing content, spotting knowledge gaps, working with repo-based content, and testing AI assistant answers.
  • Serve as the team’s point of contact for questions and document answers.

The facts that are not in the code:

  • Identify knowledge types missing from code (market differences, screen wording, patient view) and design repeatable collection methods with Product teams.
  • Run review loops with feature owners in an accessible format, tracking and analyzing errors.

Keeping knowledge up to date:

  • Define update triggers, alerts, and commitment deadlines for knowledge currency with frequent releases.
  • Notify Help Center team about changes that make published content outdated with precise information.
