• Demonstrable experience in backend development with fluency in Java
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering/Science disciplines
• Ambitious, results-driven personality with excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Track record of building complex products used by millions in hypergrowth startups

• Focus on greenfield development and improvement of existing backend systems
• Build REST APIs and engineer microservices
• Evolve systems supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity
• Develop business logic emphasizing clean code, maintainability, and fast turnaround using TDD, DDD, and continuous integration & delivery
• Use Spring Boot for quick and quality delivery
