Senior BA/IT Analyst

This role is related to a project in the banking industry called the GCOP in the NEXT project. The position is offered in multiple cities in Poland: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź, with a hybrid work setup.

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.
• Good understanding of data flow integration.
• Experience with SQL to scrutinize data and understand data content and behavior.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self-driven team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good business or technical background with strong analytical and requirement elicitation skills.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Structured approach and ability to handle complexity.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge about trading and/or transaction reporting.
• Experience with XSLT, BDD, Communication Layer.
• Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code.
• Familiarity with capital markets flow.

• Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers, and testers.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders with the Product Owner to enable sustainable and reliable solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business and the IT development team.
• Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements from business to technology and vice versa.
