Power Platform Developer Copilot Studio

Link Group is hiring for a role focused on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, integrating AI and cloud services such as Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.

• Hands-on mastery of Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents).
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of AI-driven design principles and cloud services such as Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent communication in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience building custom connectors for system integration.
• Understanding of enterprise-level governance, data privacy, and security on the Power Platform.
• Experience with chatbot analytics tracking and user experience optimization.

• Define conversational UX guidelines, structure topics, and manage complex entities within Copilot Studio.
• Integrate conversational agents with backend systems, external APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform components like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Design scalable AI-driven workflows leveraging cloud ecosystem components such as Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, secure digital solutions.
• Work autonomously in client-facing settings with strong analytical problem-solving and English communication skills.
