AX 2012 Consultant / Application support [M/F]

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, application support, ERP support, business analysis, or process analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Good knowledge of business processes and ERP system operations.
• Understanding of basic programming and software development principles.
• Knowledge of system integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• English language skills enabling work in an international environment.

• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Make to Stock.
• Collect and document business requirements and collaborate with system users.
• Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Support testing and validation of implemented solutions.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes related to ERP systems.
• Analyze application issues and assist in root cause analysis.
• Monitor service performance and key application metrics.
• Create and update documentation and knowledge bases.
• Develop and maintain simple applications, scripts, reports, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Support ERP system development, configuration, and satellite systems.
• Participate in system integrations, data transformations, testing, debugging, and deployment of applications.
• Support low-code/no-code solutions.
• Analyze business and operational data, develop reports and dashboards, and monitor data quality.
• Support ERP integrations, interfaces, and data workflows between applications.
