Administrator IT / Junior IT Security Specialist

INBASE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is a small company operating for 12 years, specializing in information security, cybersecurity, and audits. The company works with a small, close-knit team and focuses on maintaining good professional relationships and a humane work environment.

• Knowledge in at least some of the following areas: local domain or cloud environment administration, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, basic Linux administration, ticket systems (preferably Jira), and basic IT security knowledge
• Driving license category B
• Openness to business trips
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work independently and in a small team

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Wazuh
• Familiarity with OpenVAS
• Experience with Microsoft Purview
• Knowledge of EDR/XDR antivirus solutions
• Understanding of Zero Trust solutions
• Basic administration of network devices (routers, switches)
• Tools for code security analysis
• Basics of vulnerability management
• Fundamental cybersecurity concepts

• Administration of local domain and/or cloud environments
• Administrative management of Microsoft 365
• Administration of Windows Server systems
• Basic Linux administration
• Handling and managing ticket systems, preferably Jira
• User support and resolving technical issues
• Participation in maintaining and developing IT security
• Collaboration in configuring and maintaining security solutions
• Participation in information and cybersecurity audits at client sites
• Willingness to travel for audit assignments
• Independent problem-solving and teamwork in a small team environment

Work primarily onsite in Warsaw Wilanów with up to one day remote work per week. Participation in approximately three audit trips per month, some lasting multiple days. Candidates should be open and able to collaborate during audit travel. Position targets candidates located in Poland.
