Senior Power Platform Engineer

The client operates in the automotive industry and seeks a Senior Power Platform Engineer to work on solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform for their development team.

• 4+ years hands-on experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform with a portfolio of implementations.
• Experience in Copilot Studio development.
• Ability to implement security best practices including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies, and secure handling of credentials.
• Knowledge of Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Azure services.
• Experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
• Experience in Application Support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize incidents and communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.

• Architect, design, and deliver robust Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead integration of Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors.
• Maintain and develop existing Copilot Studio solutions.
• Act as part of the development team co-creating modern products.
• Manage support cases including user contact, ticket resolution, prioritization, and root cause analysis.
• Stay updated on Power Platform features, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and industry best practices to identify innovation opportunities.

The client expects office visits in Wrocław 3-4 days per week, indicating a hybrid work mode requirement.
