ServiceNow Developer

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The position is based in the Stockholm Metropolitan Area with hybrid work requiring presence in the office 2-3 days per week. The role involves collaboration with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver maintainable solutions aligned with best practices.

• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and workflow development.
• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog modules.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs as well as system integrations.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with migrations between ServiceNow and Jira environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience working in large-scale or complex ServiceNow environments.
• Experience from telecom or other highly regulated industries.

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, and automated processes.
• Develop custom functionality using JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Configure and enhance modules such as ITSM and Service Catalog.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and other technologies including REST and SOAP.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation of configurations and implemented solutions.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
