Nuclear Licensing Engineer (m/w/d)

emagine Polska is hiring for a position based in Essen, supporting nuclear transport and storage container licensing processes.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Professional experience in a technical, regulatory, or licensing-related environment
• Fluent Japanese language skills (C2) in spoken and written form
• Good German or English language skills in spoken and written form

• Support licensing procedures for nuclear transport and storage containers in Japan
• Create licensing documentation in Japanese based on English technical documents

• Align technical contents between international project partners
• Ensure accurate and regulation-compliant documentation in regulatory contexts

The position is located in Essen with the possibility for remote work. The contract duration is 12 months with a possible start in August 2026 or later.
