• Proven experience with the Genesys Cloud platform, including IVR Architect call flow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth, AWS, Python, SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud solutions.

• Experience with additional cloud contact center technologies or platforms.
• Genesys Cloud certification(s) or related professional credentials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and business stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on the Genesys Cloud platform to meet client requirements.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise systems and third-party applications ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
• Develop and configure IVR Architect call flows within Genesys Cloud to optimize customer interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, apply necessary patches, and maintain system stability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and configurations.
• Monitor and ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud contact center environments.
• Stay abreast of evolving cloud computing and contact center technologies, providing recommendations for adoption and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Support ongoing maintenance and upgrades of Genesys Cloud integrations with other business systems.
