Senior Project Manager

Univio supports organizations in developing e-commerce and omnichannel models and implementing data- and AI-based solutions, including assistants for customer service and knowledge access, personalized product recommendations, and AI discovery workshops identifying real business technology uses. Univio cooperates with brands like RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super-Pharm, and LuxMed, working on projects combining technology, data, and user experience.

• Several years of experience implementing e-commerce systems
• Strong technical background enabling effective cooperation with development teams
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and non-functional requirements (NFR) such as performance, security, and scalability
• Knowledge of product, category, and e-commerce management processes
• Good understanding of IT industry and e-commerce ecosystem principles
• Business-level communication skills in English (B2/C1)
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies
• Comfortable using AI tools and staying updated with industry innovations
• Proactive and independent work approach with the ability to motivate others

• Comprehensive project management including defining, planning, managing, and monitoring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risk
• Regular reporting on project progress
• Building and maintaining good client relationships, managing open communication, expectations, and risk escalation
• Coordinating project team work and ensuring methodology consistency
• Building a well-organized team and identifying recruitment needs
• Supporting business development through active participation in offer preparation and negotiation processes
