Mid Service Designer

Future Mind is a tech consulting company with over 160 engineers and consultants working in autonomous project teams. They work on a wide range of projects from digital products with millions of users to complex digital transformation and innovation initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years of experience at mid-level in Service Design, Customer Experience, UX Research, UX Design, Business Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• Experience with discovery projects and customer or user experience initiatives.
• Practical experience preparing and facilitating workshops with various stakeholder groups.
• Experience analyzing and documenting complex processes, workflows, and service dependencies.
• Practical skills creating service blueprints, journey maps, process models, and service visualizations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, design, and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Practical knowledge of Figma, FigJam, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proficient spoken and written Polish and English.
• Genuine interest in Service Design, customer experience, customer behavior, digital products, and organizational service delivery.

• Work directly with clients to understand and address business, customer, and user needs.
• Conduct discovery using stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, observation, shadowing, workshops, and other service design methods.
• Create service blueprints, customer journey maps, ecosystem maps, and process models to visualize current services and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze research findings, operational data, and stakeholder perspectives to find patterns and pain points.
• Translate insights into opportunity areas, 'How might we...' questions, and clear recommendations.
• Design future-state services and experiences through concepts, scenarios, and prototypes.
• Design and facilitate workshops to help diverse stakeholders reach shared understanding.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, strategists, and other teams to implement improvements.
• Support clients in testing and implementing new ways of working.
• Contribute to the development of Service Design methods, tools, and practices at Future Mind.
• Build stable, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
