Mid DevOps Engineer (Linux/Proxmox)

Kuchnia Vikinga is the largest ready meal provider in Poland undergoing digital transformation by building its own e-commerce and internal systems to support its billion-PLN turnover business.

• Very good knowledge of Linux administration in production environments.
• Practical experience with Proxmox VE, understanding clusters, quorum, and high availability.
• Good knowledge of networking: L2 and L3 layers, VLAN, routing, firewall, DNS, and TLS.
• Experience designing backup, performing recovery tests, and disaster recovery planning.
• Production experience with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Production experience with Ansible.
• Practical experience with GitHub Actions and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working with Git.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Cloudflare.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana Cloud).
• Production experience with Ceph.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V.

• Launch new high-availability Proxmox clusters at physical locations.
• Maintain and standardize existing clusters.
• Update operating systems, maintain network, storage, monitoring, and high-availability mechanisms.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Build and develop workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Prepare technological recommendations for new environments based on requirements.
• Monitor the environment, handle incidents, prepare runbooks, and document solutions.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for off-hours incident intervention.
