System Test Engineer (Intern)

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o operates in the domain of communication systems, focusing on public safety users. The role supports a global team based in Kraków, Poland.

• Availability for a 4/5 part-time schedule (32 hours per week) during the entire internship.
• Availability to work in Kraków office (Czerwone Maki 82), with remote work as a rare exception.
• Minimum one year cooperation with Contract of Employment only.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in manual system testing in telecommunications or critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as JIRA, TestRail or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunication standards relevant to public safety or mobile networks.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Practical experience administering and troubleshooting Linux and Windows server environments.

• Actively execute a wide range of system test scenarios ensuring reliability of P25 mobile communication infrastructure.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis to identify and resolve system issues.
• Test and validate solutions addressing technical problems in large-scale IT networks.
• Utilize knowledge of IT network configuration, Routing Protocols, Server Virtualization, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and Wireless technologies.
• Employ diagnostic techniques including network sniffers such as Wireshark to pinpoint issues effectively.

• Part-time schedule of 32 hours per week is mandatory throughout the internship.
