Backend-/fullstack utvikler til Team profil og tilgangsstyring

Helsenorge is continuously developed, involving both the creation of new functionality, further development and maintenance of existing solutions, as well as modernization and addressing technical debt. The team responsible for services including Personvern og sekundærbruk and Person og tilgang is seeking a backend/fullstack developer to join their interdisciplinary development team. The team has worked on solutions such as a medication authorization system for pharmacies, a consent solution for research projects, personalized features on the Helsenorge homepage, health information sharing oversight, and access control related to various assignments such as health cards for pregnant women and patient test results.

• Documented relevant higher education in information technology from a university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with C# and .NET.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with relational databases and database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent.
• Prohibited from having citizenship in countries identified as state actors in the latest security threat assessment by PST (Russia, China, Iran, North Korea).
• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, oral and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience with frontend development and frontend frameworks, particularly React.
• Experience with frequent and continuous production deliveries.
• Experience with use of code agents.
• Experience contributing throughout the entire development process including specification, solution design, coding, code review, testing, and test automation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, engagement, curiosity, openness, teamwork, and interest in processes.
• Experience from similar assignments or deliveries requiring high demands on security, availability, performance, and robustness.

• Develop and further develop services and functional solution areas related to profile and access control.
• Contribute primarily to backend development and also support frontend development as necessary.
• Participate in the entire development process including specification, solution design, implementation, testing, and test automation.
• Collaborate closely with other developers and cross-disciplinary team members.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of both solutions and team workflows.
• Perform other relevant tasks as they arise during the assistance period.
