Analyst/Developer (Java)

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT analyst role within a development team, including process modeling using UML and user story mapping.
• Proven ability to document requirements using BPMN and decompose stakeholder needs into change specifications.
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Strong experience with Angular (5+ years).
• Strong experience with Java or Kotlin (5+ years).
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud (2+ years).
• Familiarity with Git and Maven.
• Good communication skills for stakeholder and cross-functional team interaction.

Nice to have:

• English at B1/B2 level for reading documentation and supplier communication.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and test automation.
• Understanding of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with messaging systems and search technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch).
• Skills in application scaling and performance diagnostics tools.

• Analyze business and technical requirements, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with project team members — analysts, developers, and business representatives — to ensure clear requirements and high-quality deliveries.
• Document requirements and process models using BPMN, UML, and user story mapping.
• Develop and maintain Java/Kotlin components using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
• Perform integration and regression testing, and use SQL to verify data and system correctness.
• Work with version control and build tools such as Git and Maven.
