Mid Full Stack Python/AI Developer

• Minimum 2 years experience in Data Science / AI, including at least 1 year with production deployments.
• Proficient in React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Experience with Azure services: Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like LangGraph, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Advanced Python skills with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Practical MLOps experience using Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Awareness of AI governance and AI Act requirements.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Proactive and responsible from concept to implementation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform.
• Relevant Azure certifications (DP-100, AI-102, AI-900).
• Knowledge of insurance and underwriting processes.
• Experience with integration tools like Kafka or ESB.

• Develop the Underwriter OS application frontend with Next.js/React and backend with FastAPI/Python.
• Integrate AI agents, extending orchestrators such as LangChain/LangGraph to coordinate agent execution.
• Connect solutions with core business systems: policy administration, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portal, and Outlook.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and orchestrate AI agents by translating underwriting guidelines into executable instructions.
• Build document-data extraction processes for broker documents and incoming content.
