Senior Software & DevOps Engineer / SRE

4IT Solutions is recruiting for a client providing auditing services, software development, maintenance, and business process automation for key companies in the financial, public, and technology sectors.

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• English proficiency allowing daily communication in an international team
• At least 5 years in software engineering/development in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development best practices
• Experience in test automation and test strategy/frameworks
• Practical experience in SRE/DevOps and production system maintenance
• Knowledge and experience in building CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of system performance, scalability, availability, and reliability
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices

• Design, develop, and deploy software solutions
• Manage SDLC processes from requirements analysis to deployment and production support
• Develop and maintain test automation
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Implement SRE/DevOps practices to enhance system reliability and availability
• Monitor systems, analyze performance, and develop observability
• Participate in incident handling, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams
• Automate processes related to system deployment and maintenance
• Support the team in software engineering, test automation, and reliability best practices

Recruitment process includes an interview with 4IT Solutions representative and an on-site English interview in Warsaw at the end of October.
