Technical Business Analyst (Embedded / IoT)

RENAU Research, Development and Distribution is a Polish company part of the American RENAU Corporation with multiple patents and exclusive rights worldwide. Based in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia, they develop dedicated user interfaces (HMI), embedded software, IoT solutions, and connected products, combining hardware and software expertise. The team includes embedded software and systems engineers, QA specialists, Product Owners, and technology experts, working collaboratively on the full product lifecycle from idea and system architecture to prototyping, implementation, testing, and final verification. They also support RENAU's solutions distribution in Europe and cooperate with regional partners from Gdynia.

• 2–4 years experience as BA / IT BA / Technical BA / Product Analyst or similar
• Experience collaborating with software development teams
• Experience in embedded, IoT, hardware, HMI, or R&D projects
• Good understanding of software delivery processes
• Knowledge and experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar (mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Communicative English language skills
• Proactiveness, ownership, and independence
• Ability to prepare recommendations, variants, and impact analyses rather than just passing raw information

Nice to have:

• Flexibility regarding meeting times due to collaboration with the US team (some meetings after 17:00 Polish time)

• Participate in client meetings to gather and clarify requirements
• Analyze and refine requirements into detailed technical tasks
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria
• Maintain backlog readiness, structure, and traceability
• Support backlog refinement and project preparation for execution
• Coordinate follow-ups, action items, dependencies, and status updates
• Prepare meeting summaries, decision notes, and documentation
• Identify missing information, risks, open questions, and dependencies
• Develop solution variants, impact analyses, and recommendations for decision-making
• Facilitate communication among Head of Software Development, developers, QA, clients, and the US team

Due to collaboration with the American team, candidate must be flexible with meeting hours; some meetings may take place after 17:00 Polish time.
