Product Designer

Dietly is the largest Polish marketplace for diet catering services, part of the Żabka Group. It operates at the intersection of technology, logistics, and healthy lifestyle, combining SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, and foodtech into a single ecosystem. Dietly develops a unique "SaaS-enabled Marketplace" model serving over 300 food production partners with the SaaS system MasterLife to manage production, sales, and customer service. The platform integrates e-commerce shops and direct-to-customer logistics enabling meal deliveries within 24 hours, supported daily by more than 140 specialists working to ensure reliability from code to delivery.

• Strong skills in UX design and proficiency in Figma.
• Mindset focused on consulting, initiative, questioning assumptions, and rapid verification over lengthy research.
• Strategic orientation emphasizing real business results over design delivery alone.
• Ability to ask project-start questions about problem definition, business goals, and target groups.
• Experience proposing and rapidly verifying hypotheses with at least one project where research influenced direction despite lacking hard metrics.
• Understanding of output versus outcome distinction and ability to break solutions into smaller steps.
• Precise flow design considering edge cases, working efficiently in Figma with existing design systems.

• Develop tasks ranging from the consumer B2C app to the B2B platform and new business directions.
• Lead the Discovery process from identifying problems to decision-making with regular user validation and data-driven work.
• Design user flows and collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineering in a Product Trio setup.
• Co-create and evaluate conversion experiments with the marketing team, including hypothesis formulation, metrics, and conclusions.
• Co-develop and maintain design standards such as the Design System, agile research methods, and operational AI usage.

The position requires agreement with the RODO data processing clause by MasterLife Solutions Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, including voluntary provision of personal data necessary for recruitment, with data processing according to GDPR.
