Technical Lead

Gemius is undergoing a major technological transformation, modernizing its architecture and developing a modern data platform within the IT Solutions Delivery department responsible for development, maintenance, and technology transformation.

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years leading projects or IT teams
• Strong knowledge of system design and architecture
• Experience in technical analysis and translating business needs into technological solutions
• Ability to lead technical discussions and develop solutions collaboratively
• Independence, initiative, and responsibility in decision-making
• English proficiency allowing fluent communication

Nice to have:

• Experience as a Team Leader, Technical Lead, or Architect
• Knowledge of modern data platforms
• Experience cooperating with external technical partners

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Design solutions and co-create system architecture
• Conduct pre-implementation analyses and define solution concepts
• Support development teams in technical decision-making and resolving complex problems
• Lead selected projects and technological initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and technical partners
• Identify areas for improvements and propose change directions
• Co-create architectural and development standards
• Share knowledge and support the development of less experienced team members

Role scope varies by initiative: at times designing solutions, leading analysis or projects, or supporting teams as a technical expert.
