  • Recognized domain subject matter expert with sustained performance and significant career accomplishments.
  • SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification or equivalent Scaled Agile Framework experience.

Obowiązki

  • Partner closely with business and software development teams to translate business objectives and customer requirements into detailed software design specifications.
  • Interact regularly with implementation teams to ensure features align with design specifications and product vision.
  • Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog with business stakeholders, ensuring well-defined and estimated user stories.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming and Program Increment planning sessions, defining acceptance criteria.
  • Provide development teams with detailed design specifications developed with Program Management and System Architects.
  • Elicit, evaluate, specify, and validate requirements for complex software systems with complete documentation and traceability.
  • Develop comprehensive use cases including functional requirements, user interactions, exception handling, system integration, and edge cases.
  • Define activity diagrams, user interactions, and acceptance criteria to communicate system behavior to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Champion customer centricity, built-in software quality, holistic system design, and technical excellence across teams.
  • Present technical data, design concepts, and product backlog strategies to internal and external audiences.
  • Consult on software systems design and development issues, contributing to strategic direction.
  • Promote a constructive and professional culture within a self-organizing team.
  • Monitor work to enforce a "Quality First Time" mindset, ensuring compliance with medical device software lifecycle standards (e.g., IEC 62304) and digital pathology workflows.
