Java Services Engineer

Core Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years professional experience with Modern Java (Java 17/21+).
• Proven experience designing and optimizing distributed, high-throughput backend services.

Nice to have:

• Background in probability, statistics, or mathematical modeling.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for data verification and automation.
• Production experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases for partitioning and high-concurrency data persistence.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or LLM-integrated agents.

Analytical & Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and passion for code optimization.
• Upper-Intermediate or better proficiency in English for international collaboration.

Scalable Systems & Service Engineering:

• Design, implement, and optimize highly transactional, scalable, and low-latency server-side game services and APIs using Modern Java (Java 17/21+).
• Translate mathematical specifications and formulas into performant and scalable backend services.
• Standardize core calculation logic and business rules into reusable backend components.
• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and support team growth.

Performance Tuning & Simulations:

• Write unit tests, optimize service performance, and ensure high-quality, reliable, and performant backend services.
