Business Risk Manager (Wealth & Trading)

• A 2:1 degree from a top university
• At least 2 years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes
• Experience interpreting and organizing complex data into actionable insights
• A solid track record of achievement in academic, professional, or sporting competitions
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities
• An organized and methodical approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data science tools, including SQL

• Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational risks
• Designing, implementing, and testing controls
• Developing and testing key procedures
• Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
• Registering risk events
• Preparing and delivering risk incident reports
