Business Applications Engineer (QMS)

Arrow Electronics is the company offering this position.

• 1-3 years of experience in enterprise applications, workflow platforms, software development lifecycle, and systems development.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, scripting, business rules, notifications, forms, and reporting.
• Experience with APIs, systems integration, automation, and enterprise application support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Fluent English is a must.

Nice to have:

• Experience with QMS platforms and quality processes (CAPA, NCR, RMA, Audit, Training, Document Control).

• Design and implement workflow-based solutions utilizing software development best practices.
• Configure forms, notifications, business rules, scripts, and reports.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts and system configurations.
• Perform system administration, including user access, site management, routing groups, and organizational structure updates.
• Support validation, deployment, release management, and post-go-live monitoring.
• Identify and resolve system issues, configuration gaps, and process inefficiencies.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, support procedures, and release notes.
