DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Become part of the software team developing sophisticated enterprise solutions for audiology distribution chains. You will be joining a team that values collaboration and mentorship, supporting advancement in Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps skills.

• 2-3 years of commercial experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud including ARM templates/Terraform writing and automation of resource provisioning via Azure PowerShell
• Working knowledge of Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) (nice to have), Azure SQL, and Azure Storage Account
• Understanding of load balancers, DNS, virtual networks, and firewalls in a cloud environment
• Setting up monitoring using performance metrics and OMS
• Basics of Azure Active Directory including authentication, users, groups, and roles

Nice to have:

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for .NET projects
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex for tasks like scripting, generating IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), drafting pipeline definitions, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of LLMs in engineering workflows, including Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Awareness of limitations and risks of AI-generated code with judgment on review practices before production
• Good communication skills for collaboration across distributed teams
• Ability to solve complex issues creatively
• Commitment to continual learning and updating of technical skills
• Good spoken and written English
• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or similar

• Managing and optimizing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) processes
• Managing release process and its automation
• Supporting and monitoring development environments and configurations in Microsoft Azure cloud
• Consulting internal and external customers on technical aspects of installation, sizing, scaling, and CI/CD
