Junior Project Coordinator

• Coordinate assigned IT projects and initiatives.
• Plan project activities and manage timelines.
• Track tasks and follow up on progress with team members.
• Manage project risks and identify mitigation strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project execution.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
• Ensure effective governance and collaboration across teams.

Work location is hybrid with 2 days per week at the office in Warsaw, Poland.
