This is a long-term project in the banking industry focused on designing and developing modern scalable solutions using microservices architecture and incorporating AI and Generative AI technologies.

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a System Analyst.
• Strong experience in independently conducting system analysis and designing technical solutions.
• Very good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in designing and documenting REST APIs.
• Good understanding of integration patterns and event-driven architecture.
• Practical experience with Apache Kafka.
• Very good knowledge of UML and experience with BPMN.
• Experience in domain modelling and data modelling.
• Good knowledge of SQL and ability to analyze database structures.
• Very good knowledge of Git and experience working with GitFlow.
• Practical experience with VS Code.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience using GitHub Copilot, particularly Agent Mode.
• Skills in prompt engineering and designing effective prompts.
• Designing and automating AI-powered workflows.
• Building AI agents and custom skills.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Familiarity with vector databases.
• Experience with GenAI Factory / AI Factory architectures and implementations.
• Implementation of AI or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system requirements and technical solutions.
• Design solutions based on microservices architecture.
• Design and document REST APIs and system interfaces.
• Design asynchronous and event-driven communication between services.
• Create analytical and technical documentation.
• Model business and system processes using UML and BPMN.
• Design integrations between internal and external systems.
• Create domain and data models.
• Analyze database structures and prepare SQL queries.
• Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Support development teams throughout solution implementation.
• Contribute to the use of AI tools and automation within analytical and development processes.
• Participate in the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions.
