Consultant/Analytic D365 (Finance and Procurement)

Link Group is engaged in a large-scale, global ERP transformation project focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Procurement business streams with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

• Extensive practical experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Background as a User-Side Business Analyst, Process Owner, or Functional Consultant in Finance & Procurement.
• Solid understanding of Polish statutory accounting, tax compliance, and local procurement regulations.
• High diligence in maintaining functional documentation, decision logs, and process maps.
• Professional working proficiency in English (minimum solid B2 level).
• Hands-on experience with project management and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong ERP domain knowledge focusing on Finance and Procurement business streams.

• Evaluate current-state (AS-IS) financial and purchasing workflows to identify local deviations from the global standard.
• Map supporting software applications and analyze data flows and system interfaces.
• Formalize local operational requirements and conduct gap analyses against the global template.
• Facilitate phasing out of legacy local applications in favor of central enterprise solutions.
• Develop deep expertise in Finance, Procurement, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and Order-to-Delivery (O2D) processes.
• Serve as primary local business representative in global Blueprint workshops.
• Assess impact of proposed core templates on local workflows, legacy systems, and integrations.
• Validate central solution designs for compliance with Polish statutory, tax, and financial reporting standards.
• Maintain documentation of business decisions, assumptions, and localized functional requirements.
• Collaborate with global architecture teams, Microsoft experts, and subject matter experts on Fit/Gap resolutions.
• Coordinate daily alignment between internal leads, delivery units, and Microsoft implementation partners.
• Review system configurations and deliverables with a business process perspective.
• Manage end-to-end testing: functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in defect triage, prioritization, and change request management.
• Ensure organizational readiness for system Go-Live.
• Provide guidance to Key Users and Process Owners during deployment.
• Monitor post-launch process performance and stability.
• Collaborate with support and Microsoft teams for hypercare incident resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement post-implementation.
