Power Platform Developer Copilot Studio

Link Group is hiring for a role focused on developing next-generation conversational AI and automation tools using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

• Deep, hands-on mastery of Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Experience with conversational AI architecture and UX design.
• Knowledge of integrating APIs and backend systems with Power Platform.
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, especially Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience building custom connectors.
• Understanding of enterprise governance and security in Power Platform.
• Experience with chatbot analytics.

• Define conversational UX guidelines, structure topics, and manage complex entities using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Integrate conversational agents with backend systems, external APIs, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Design scalable, AI-driven workflows leveraging cloud components such as Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services.
• Translate business requirements into secure and sustainable digital solutions.
• Work autonomously in client-facing environments with strong analytical problem-solving and fluent English communication.

Preferred Technical Insights:

• Build custom connectors for system integrations.
• Understand enterprise-level governance, data privacy, and security controls within the Power Platform.
• Monitor virtual agent performance through chatbot analytics to optimize user experience.
