End-User

The role is within the Power Platforms team, part of End-User Engineering & Operations in Group Technology at Nordea Bank ABP. The team focuses on empowering business and technology teams to build solutions securely, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities to improve business productivity and strategic outcomes while ensuring stable, compliant, and reliable services for end-users.

• Strong background in solution architecture, application design, systems integration, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through architecture, delivery, and operational support.
• Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify automation opportunities, and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience operating within enterprise governance, security, risk, compliance, and architecture frameworks.

• Experience implementing intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and enabling integration patterns using APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and Application Lifecycle Management.

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design of Power Platform solutions.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define solution requirements, evaluate feasibility studies, and translate them into scalable architecture designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution engineers, administrators, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, design patterns, governance controls, and best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop adoption strategies, enablement initiatives, and governance frameworks that encourage responsible platform growth while maximizing business value.
