IT Operations Project Manager (f/m)

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or engineering degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Infrastructure, or relevant vocational education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT roles such as project coordination, IT operations, consulting, or software development
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and operations fundamentals
• Initiative, ability to learn quickly, and work independently in dynamic environments
• Structured, process-oriented work approach with documentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Linux and cloud platforms, especially Azure
• Relevant project management or service management certifications such as PRINCE2 or ITIL

• Leading and coordinating projects involving IT teams and stakeholders
• Supporting managers in planning, prioritizing, and following up on the team’s work
• Coordinating operational cases to improve action effectiveness
• Maintaining clear processes, project documentation, and status updates
• Building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and issues and supporting the team in resolving them
