Wymagania
- Experience providing business analysis services in a commercial environment
- Experience working with project teams across different phases of project life cycles or production system enhancements
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable business-focused solutions
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, systems analysis, and design
- Regular use of agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode for building, automating, or analyzing work with assurance of result accuracy
- Ability to build repeatable AI workflows and knowledge of models' strengths, limits, and costs
- Genuine curiosity about new technology and its impact on work
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
Obowiązki
- Use AI across the entire analysis cycle including discovery, process mapping, prototypes, and writing user stories
- Work with users to capture and document requirements for system enhancements
- Contribute to establishing and writing user stories in standard formats for development in Agile sprints
- Write functional test cases in collaboration with the testing team
- Work with internal customers, stakeholders, and process owners to understand business processes and system impacts
