Central Product Owner

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business growth across various IT services, including software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in banking, financial sector, or fintech.
• Practical knowledge of mobile banking domain.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and backlog prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with business, UX/UI, Development, and QA teams.
• Knowledge of banking processes, digital payments, and regulations (PSD2, AML, KYC).
• Ability to make product decisions based on data and customer needs.
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Deliver technological solutions for the development of the Mobile Banking platform and plan product roadmap.
• Manage initiatives, backlog, and prioritize tasks for Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with CPO, Product Owners, and stakeholders from business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Implement innovative mobile solutions supporting client needs and bank digitalization goals.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as app availability, NPS, and number of logins.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations (RODO, PSD2, AML, ISO) and UX/WCAG standards.
• Analyze user behavior and initiate changes to enhance platform usability and accessibility.
• Participate in analyses, testing, functional acceptance, and complaint and formal-legal processes.
• Manage budget, plan long-term product development, and track competitor solutions.
• Provide services in a hybrid mode, with attendance twice a month at the Warsaw office.

Work mode is hybrid with office presence required twice per month in Warsaw.
