Lead/Senior UE5 Developer

Perfect Circle Team S.A. is an independent game development team creating games based on complex gameplay and simulation systems. They are working on Police Chief Simulator, a game where players manage a police unit, its resources, and respond to various situations.

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of C++.
• Good knowledge of Blueprint system.
• Knowledge of Multiplayer technologies.
• Ability to independently organize own and team programmers' work.
• Ability to design and implement advanced gameplay systems from scratch.
• Experience with simulation, AI, or gameplay management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in product optimization.
• Knowledge of Unreal Insights and profiling tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and current technologies.
• Completed and released project in portfolio.
• Knowledge of English.

• Programming games in Unreal Engine 5 by creating and developing gameplay mechanics and systems.
• Designing and implementing systems related to police functions, unit management, and in-game events.
• Creating and developing AI systems and character behaviors.
• Building the project and managing Steamworks updates, configuration, and deployment.
• Monitoring and optimizing game performance.
• Profiling and analyzing performance issues using Unreal Insights and other profiling tools.
• Debugging and bug fixing.
• Collaborating with producers, designers, artists, and other developers.
• Communicating with the team regarding planned work and system development.
• Ensuring code quality, stability, and scalability.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for developed systems.
