Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)

• Development knowledge of .Net, C#, JS, TS, and SQL
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Performance optimization and analytics skills
• Knowledge of software development processes (Estimation, Development Flow)
• Understanding of AI-Assisted Development and LLM fundamentals (model types, capabilities, limitations, selection)
• Collaboration and teamwork skills

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Participate in 3-month rough planning and define iteration (sprint) goals
• Engage in research and prototyping
• Work closely with product architects to refine technical solutions
• Apply best design and coding practices to create high-quality components
• Develop solutions and ensure iteration goals are met
• Write automated tests to ensure code quality
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards
• Continuously improve team processes
• Promote knowledge sharing across the team and beyond
