Business Analyst (Salesforce)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with Salesforce, including workflow and business processes
• Practical skills in gathering, analyzing, and formulating business requirements
• Experience managing end-to-end projects and process optimization
• Experience in UAT and business deployment
• Ability to model and design business processes
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and JIRA
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary project teams
• Ability to analyze problems independently and propose solutions
• Communicative knowledge of English at B2 level

• Identify user business needs
• Gather, define, and document business requirements
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements
• Design and optimize business processes
• Prepare user stories
• Create mockups and visual solution elements
• Participate in end-to-end project execution
• Support and coordinate UAT and business deployment
• Collaborate with Product Owner, system analyst, developers, and testers
• Work in Agile/Scrum environment with mostly 2-week sprints
• Operate in a remote work model
