Product Manager, In-store Execution & Next Best Action

Haleon is a consumer healthcare company with a trusted portfolio of brands including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum®. The role is within Haleon's Go-To-Market Transformation programme focusing on digitally enabled commercial capabilities to improve retail execution and sales performance.

Required:

• 7+ years product management experience including data/analytics or AI-driven products.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams including data science/ML engineers, software developers, and design.
• Ability to translate complex data/model outputs into scalable product experiences.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to commercial outcomes.
• Ability to operate in a complex, global, matrixed environment.

Preferred:

• Experience owning Next Best Action, recommendation engines, or prescriptive analytics products at scale.
• Background in retail execution, trade promotion management, or field sales enablement tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for advanced data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ML model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining).
• Experience building and scaling mobile or field-facing tools for non-desk workers.

Product Vision, Strategy & Alignment:

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with Go-to-Market Transformation.
• Support definition and tracking of product OKRs and success metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment and integration into commercial ecosystem.
• Track AI/ML trends and competitive landscape.

Prioritisation & Roadmap Planning:

• Translate strategic objectives into product Initiatives, Features, and Epics.
• Manage product backlog prioritizing customer value and business impact.
• Lead quarterly planning and communicate priorities.

Delivery & Execution:

• Lead partnerships with retail execution vendors using image recognition technology.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Data Science, and ML Engineering to build AI-driven recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional delivery with multiple squads from discovery to launch.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues.

Experience & Design:

• Partner with Product Experience and Design teams for end-to-end product experiences.
• Use customer insights and data to inform decisions.
• Ensure clear requirements and user journeys.

Product Outcome Management & Evaluation:

• Track product performance against OKRs and KPIs.
• Monitor adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
• Report product outcomes to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence:

• Serve as product voice to commercial and sales leadership.
• Facilitate alignment and provide progress updates.

Product Financial Management & Operations:

• Contribute to business case development and budget planning.
• Track investment outcomes.

Operations, Risk & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support vendor risk assessments.

Product Leadership:

• Coach junior Product Managers.
• Champion product management best practices.
• Foster collaboration across teams.
