Senior Customer Success Engineer

Xopero is a company with over 17 years of experience creating Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions including Xopero ONE, Xopero Unified Protection, and GitProtect. Their products protect IT environments, applications, and code repositories globally and are used by clients ranging from small companies to global brands like T-Mobile, Avis, and Quest Diagnostics.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• English language proficiency at C1 level
• Experience supporting client business continuity

Nice to have:

• Advanced knowledge of GitHub, Azure DevOps, and AWS platforms
• Experience in backup and data recovery, data protection, cybersecurity, DevOps tools, and SaaS administration for corporate services

• Handle complex, high-impact cases for corporate clients using written communication and online meetings
• Lead advanced troubleshooting at the product, environment, and integration levels
• Maintain clear, tactful, and confident communication with corporate clients, managing expectations during investigations
• Coordinate escalated issues until resolution, ensuring responsibility continuity and transparency for clients
• Support implementations, deployments, and post-purchase technical support as needed
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, account management, pre-sales, and implementation support teams to resolve issues and improve client results
• Proactively identify risks, recurring problem patterns, and client-impacting issues through monitoring, case analysis, and direct client contact
